C-Betting on a Higher Level

Most good poker players know what continuation betting (c-betting) is and will call your c-bets frequently without made hands. This degrades the profitability of our c-betting habit, and makes it very difficult to play the turn. To combat savvy opponents, we wait to c-bet until the turn card is dealt. BEHOLD the Delayed C-Bet:
